2. How we use your information
- To answer product inquiries, issue reference FOB quotations and follow up on sourcing requests.
- To forward your sourcing request to the suppliers who are able to quote on the requested products.
- To operate your buyer or supplier account, including order history, favourites and recently-viewed products.
- To send service notifications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Cookies
We use a first-party session cookie to keep you signed in, to remember your cart and to display the products you have viewed recently. No third-party advertising cookies are required to browse this website.
4. Data retention
Inquiry and sourcing request records are kept for as long as necessary to serve the commercial relationship and to comply with export documentation requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
